How to become a library patron
Residents of the city of Rich Hill are eligible to borrow materials without paying a patron fee. Those who live outside Rich Hill's city limits must pay an annual fee of $5.00 per individual or $ 10.00 per family. Library cards will not be issued. All information is kept electronically. We will need a driver's license or something which confirms your address, and we will also need your phone number.
